Syracuse University Alumni Awards

 

The Syracuse University Alumni Association and the Office of Alumni Relations present the following awards during Homecoming + Reunion.

 

The Melvin A. Eggers Senior Alumni Award is presented to those alumni who have graduated more than 50 years ao and have demonstrated loyalty and service to Syracuse University.

 

The Alumni Awards, both Outstanding Alumni and Outstanding Young Alumni, represent loyalty and service to SU as well as career and community achievements.

 

The Teacher Award is given to a teacher who exemplifies an exceptional talent for teaching, as well as developing nurturing relationships with students through mentoring, counseling, sound direction, and advise.

Celebrating its fourth year is the student award – Orange Spirit. A student is selected based upon their service to the University as well as the Syracuse community.
